AvionGWS is an independent reseller of Google Workspace services. We help businesses set up, manage, and support Google Workspace accounts under reseller billing and administration. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.

All services are offered “as available” and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information (including domain ownership and contact details).
Ensure timely payment for licenses and subscriptions.
Use Google Workspace and our website in compliance with applicable laws and Google’s Acceptable Use Policy.
Maintain confidentiality of any account credentials shared during setup.

5. Payments and Billing

All Google Workspace licenses sold through AvionGWS are billed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before license activation or renewal.
We process payments securely through trusted providers (e.g., Stripe).
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and up-to-date.

6. Refund Policy

We do not generally issue refunds after Google Workspace licenses have been activated or renewed. Exceptions may apply only if a duplicate payment was made or if the issue resulted from an internal billing error by AvionGWS. Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Data Protection

We handle all customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and use practices as outlined there.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials on this website — including text, graphics, and branding — are the property of AvionGWS or its licensors. “Google Workspace” and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Use of Google trademarks does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvionGWS and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss or service downtime.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business operations.
